Nozbe Tour
Since I’ve been writing so much lately about GTD (Getting Things Done) generally, and at times more specifically about Nozbe, I thought it might be useful to get a first hand look at how Nozbe helps me get things done on a daily basis.
While Michael Sliwinski, the creator and founder of Nozbe, has created great video tutorials designed to teach you everything you need to know about Nozbe; this series of posts, lets call them a pictorial tour of Nozbe, will help you get a quick, bird’s eye view of the application.
Since this will be a lot of territory to cover, I’ve broken the tour into several posts, which you can access here to see the whole picture.
- Part I - Pictorial Tour of Nozbe GTD – Next Actions
- Part II - Pictorial Tour of Nozbe GTD - Projects
- Part III - Pictorial Tour of Nozbe GTD - Contexts
- Part IV - Pictorial Tour of Nozbe GTD - Calendar
- Part V - Pictorial Tour of iNozbe for iPhone
- Part VI - Pictorial Tour of Nozbe GTD - Extras

Hi John,
thanks very much for this overview. While Michael’s videos are great in giving a general sense of what Nozbe can do, it’s just as useful to see how someone is using the application in the ‘real world’.
for the last few weeks i’ve given myself a project of settling on a GTD system, and your blog (and thoughtful comments on the Nozbe forum) have been useful in confirming that this is an application worth looking at closely.
cheers,
chris.

Thanks for your comments Chris and for reading my blog. I truly don’t know what I’d do without GTD and Nozbe after discovering them this past March. I’ll actually be teaching a session on GTD at our IT retreat next week, so I am a firm believer in its possibilities to improve productivity, especially as we are pushed into multitasking so many projects at a time.
Best of luck in choosing a GTD. John
